Grandma and Grandpa came down for 2 days to help me out with some garage work and yard work. As you can see from the truck load of "prunings" we had a lot to do and it was exhausting! After the kids helped paint the garage, they got ready for halloween. At the last minute, Bret decided to go as an "emo" (never have to worry about Bret wearing eyeliner of his own choosing) and Jenna went as a "Diva" (pic doesn't do her justice). We went over to The Kallal's home (Jeff goes all out for halloween---this pic is of his entry way ceiling) to say hi and visit for a while. Later Bret and Jenna met up with friends their own age and had a blast trick or treating until 9pm (glad they were not in my neighborhood......Me and my parents were asleep by then knowing we had another days worth of work to do!
